ID on these military chinos?

Anyone have information on these chinos? Looks like 1930s/1940s cut, mother of pearl buttons, some military inking. No word yet on whether there are any other markings.. Thanks very much

Those pants look more like USN hbts to me - chinos do typically not have the pockets sewn on but internal

but can possibly be any other piece of period workwear like painters-pants or somethin'

USN/USMC Food Handlers trousers, based on cut, how wide this trousers are I assume made in 50s, these from 60's look more like early fatigue trousers. Like it was nicely indicated above not chinos at all
