This 1942 H. Bernstein B-3 is in near mint condition and already bidding is over $3K! Duo tone B-3s in this condition are certainly rare. So how high will it go?

Around $3500 at least. The high bidder has flagged his next bid with pattern bidding in $500 lots..
Someone will push him to it, or come over the top. He would have another $1000 in him though
if he gets pushed. VERY Keen..

Prices definitely seem to be going up on all things. My unworn and perfectly stored HLB Redskin B-3 and A-3 set only got a high bid of $3500 and the high bidder backed out and the 2nd chance offer didn't accept. I actually contacted both the Smithsonian and the Imperial War Museums about donating the set, but nobody ever followed up. I guess they have too many artifacts coming their way.

Ended at $3951 and this seems to be a record for a B-3 in recent times. I wonder if it will be heading to Japan?

Buyer bought the Eastman B-3 that ended overnight for US$720 as well!
