How do these 3 jackets fit?

First is a 1988 Cooper A-2 orange label in 42R, inherited from my father. This is probably the best fit for me, but I can’t lift my arms past halfway in this thing.

Second is a 1986 Avirex G-1 in 40R, that is basically a sausage casing now. It fit me great when I was a skinny 20 year old.

Third is a 2000 USAF issue Avirex A-2 in 42L.

I’m 6’ tall, about 190 lbs.

I would have said the G-1 was the best fit. The shoulder areas look underworked and the epps are not tensioned.... Could be just me..
