HLB Corp made civilian A-2 size 40

I have never seen an HLB Corp made A-2 (here under its private label "Lawton Sports Apparel").

I believe the owner is making an incorrect attribution of the company name to Harry L. Buegeleisen. My research indicates it was actually Harry L. Breslow.
