I thought this was a joke, but without further investigating it looked good to me from the description.
Never heard of it, don't remember ever having seen anything like this on pictures.

Without the flash visor I'd think the helmet and mask would be near $400-ish, well with the flash visor it's anybody's guess. 650-700?
