Help with identifying + valuing this jacket

I have come across this lovely Japanese piece for 45$, though I’ve been having trouble identifying its quality, price, etc, with little to no leads online.

It was created by this relatively unknown Japanese designer named Asami Imajuku under the label(?) +-x/ on some date, the outer shell made of 100% lamb nappa.

I am hoping to get the jacket although I am unsure of whether it is worth the asking price.

Any information or valuation would be greatly appreciated
