Help in Identifying the Maker

I won this jacket on eBay for only $100. Can the experts give an opinion on the maker? I think it's a 7823 because it has USN stamped under the collar and punched in the wind flap. I know that was done during the transitioning period. I also think it's a Cagleco. Opinions?

I think it's either a Cag or a Werber, leaning toward Gagleco though, fre the size of the pockets and shape of the flaps. have a looking left pocket when wearing and see if it still has the size tag, the characters are different from Cag to Werber.
