Help ID'ing Jacket 2

Since we're doing so well in ID'ing jackets. I've had this one in my collection for many years but I've never found anything out about it. Anyone have any hints to what it is? Talon zipper. My guess is post WWI / Pre-WWII US Army but it's just a guess?

I think there is too much different from mine and that one but they are similar in some aspects.
