Hi everybody.

Have found a genuine N-3b parka with real fur, but the label doesn't show the contract year. What I know is that the jacket is pre 1972. In addition, i would like to know about the lining of the jacket? 100% wool, 60 wool 40 cotton? And what about the shell?

I attach some pictures of it. Hope you could help me. Thank you very much

I’d put it around the early 1970s time frame. That’s the best I can come up with others here may know more.

The phrase "MODIFIED" refers to the elimination of the outer nylon coating on the nylon/cotton fabric.

That's correct regarding 1966 - seven digits DSA-prefix [like DSA-100-xxxx] would point to from 1966year when the contract was signed. In 1967 it would be DSA-67-x-xxxx].
101% correct. „Full Gear“ confirms precisely that.
