Could it be something location specific? Here in Oz, I'm seeing a pretty standard buy-it-now listing. BIN figure, and a postage value to Australia detailed separately, and none of that funny pre-paid import charges (which BTW, I don't think is legally enforceable in this country, but I digress...).

Oh Jason, don't get me started on the Pitney Bowes/eBay scam called the Global Shipping Program. While it opens up the scope for sellers who are reluctant to ship overseas buyers pay for two lots of shipping. And as you know there are no Customs charges or GST up to AUD$1000 (inclusive of shipping). I commented to this effect on the eBay Australia forums and got shot down by eBay shills who openly endorsed the scheme, while all hiding behind private feedback.

Like yourself I can't see anything different. The add to cart option has been around for a while too.

Yea but within the last couple of weeks I think ebay decided to put it out there, never seen this up until a week ago, now seeing quite a few.
