Just lost my Mom, and It's not the same as this was her favorite holiday, and she passed that on to me.
With Covid, I did not even risk traveling back east to her funeral. I've never been this sad, but I surely hope that 2021 gives us all some much needed relief.
I'm glad to be part of this group and really appreciate all the knowledge, fun and online companionship offered here.

My most sincere condolences on the passing of your mom . Like you ... my moms most favorite holiday was Christmas . I think about her every Christmas and know that she would want me to have the best Christmas in spite of her not being with us . Have peace knowing that your mom would want the same for you and your family . Merry Christmas .

Feeling for you and the family. The restrictions have impacted so many people in so many ways. I trust that your Christmas will be the best it can be.

With my parents at the moment and the eroding acuity and degrading capacity is very daunting. Discussions usually relate to work, extended family.
Now its respite care, ailments and housing options...

Dad, Hayden and I did watch Battleground together, which will be a memory to hold on to.
