Gob Smacked By Seller

I recently purchased an Avirex horse A-2 on eBay. I paid extra for shipping by priority mail.
Monday was a USA holiday, so the seller couldn't post it until Tues. She messaged me with an apology for something she had no control over.
When I received the jacket three days later, she'd included a handwritten card and $ 18.00 in cash.
The note stated that she wasn't expecting to get rich selling on eBay, only to pick up some extra cash, and was sending me a refund.
Wow, I was gobsmacked with this lady's act of kindness.

You've been blessed! Split the difference next time..

I recently paid $42.95 for Priority Airmail from the US to Australia for a Battle Dress jacket. I had emailed the seller advising that 13 years of buying from the US had confirmed that 'Priority' afforded the same delivery timelines. Offered to give the seller half of the difference between First Class and Priority as a bonus. Did not receive a response, only the invoice again. Paid via Paypal 13 Jan. Emailed seller on Thursday. Got the response that the seller shipped on 19 Jan, despite an indicated three day shipping policy. Advised seller I am about to commence my force preparation and I shall not be here after this week. Item will get carded twice and shipped back to the US via surface mail. Awaiting a response...

You got a good seller... Feedback is not enough praise..

Enjoy your jacket more now!
