somewhere around here there is thread started by Burt, about inexpensive gear for sale. well, I can't find it, so im going to mention this eb listing. item# 264346600189 German military gloves.i purchased a pair of these unlined gray leather gloves for $11.47 plus minimal shipping, and I can't be happier. these are by design tight fitting, so finger articulation is real good. they are not what I would consider serious winter protection, but they are super nice driving gloves, as they have just enough texture to have a good grip. the price, even with shipping is less then even el cheapo offerings, and the gray color works with anything. worth every penny, imo.

Nice Victor, I used to have a pair of those soft leather German officer grey gloves, style didn't differ from ww2 and post war, did they have the strap with the pebbled grey snaps?

the ww2 version had the straps. these only have an elastic band sewn in side at the bottom wrist. thus, easy on, easy off.
Victor I remember in the past those gloves with straps and blue grey pebbled snaps were around a lot in military stores, very stylish too with the 3 seams down the top of the gloves, not seen any in a while, doeskin lined as well if I remember

stylish, yes. top seams, no. liner no, not these. more like a second skin.

Mmm not like the pair I had then, on a different note Victor have you seen these 18 euros? They're from a well known militaria dealer here in Spain, have the straps with snaps also
