F-84 Photo ID help!

Hi all,
Can anyone help with the ID of this squadron group in front of F-84 'GYPSY from PO'KEEPSIE' (F-84E-15-RE s/n 49-2404 FS-404 I think?) I'll post a better copy when it arrives, just would like a pointer before I start to research the pilots. I guess it was taken in 1950-51 due to prominence of A-2 jackets and lack of any Nylon.
My limited research so far points to either 524th FES (27th FEW) or later 182nd FBS (136th FBW).
