I love the look of B-3 jackets, but they just aren't practical for every day use. I had a B-6 and hardly ever wore it. They are great walking the dog jackets, but try driving with one of those suckers on :?

I do it all the time, no problems. Driving in one that is, not flying a B-24.

Have to say I never had any trouble driving or indeed any mobility issues when I had a B-3-in fact I can never understand it when people call them impractical/too hot etc. etc. One of the reasons
I sold mine (and I wish I didn't!) was that I found modern fleece and Gore-tex way more warm and waterproof-I would not like to be out in a heavy downpour in a B-3. It was warm, but TBH when it was really freezing, I found there were better alternatives to the B-3's thirties technology-however none of them are as cool and stylish, and I've never had any compliments about my Berghaus Gore-tex. Good job I didn't see that .50cal before it sold, I would have been in agony.
