It took only 10 days -- from receipt of jacket @ ELC to delivery at my doorstep this morning to have my ELC 1401 replaced with new liner, cuffs and waistband. Thought I'd share this since I thought it would be September or thereabouts for receipt -- that was Gary Eastman's ETA. It was a grand surprise to have it here so quickly from England to SoCal.
