Require a proxy in France. These shoulder boards are to be the icing on the cake for a
mint set of 1953 dated French Battledress I scored months ago. IF I could persuade a
forum member to put a bid on I would appreciate it. I have contacted the seller in his
native tongue; however, he is dead set against shipping outside France.

Seller issue, not ethics. I am happy to pay in advance. I did query the seller if I could
use a proxy with me paying the shipping within France but no response has been received.
