eBay ad Fraud?

This guy has an eBay ad for what he says is a Lost Worlds Dubow. Lot's of pictures. It all looks pretty legit until you scroll down to find a copy/paste of the Good Wear Dubo description/price page. I emailed the guy that this is misleading...but I think it's probably fraud. :x

Dunno if it's fraud, but it sure is misleading advertizing and bad manners and I assume Goodwear to have a few strong points to have ebay immediately cancel this auction. Wouldn't surprise me though if it would take ebay forever to solve such a "complicated" matter.
