The fitting is close if your a 40" chest it will fit to Iam a 42" Chest and the fit is snug.

Had to read it twice, first time I thought he had a friend named Iam who has a 42" chest:
The fitting is close if you're 40" chest, it will fit to Iam (a 42" chest) and the fit is snug.

Second time it figured:
The fitting is close, if you're a 40" chest it will fit. I am a 42" chest and the fit is snug.

No offence meant to those who have difficulties with writing, and typos just happen to everyone, but jeez, so often it's down to sheer sloppiness.
Is it so hard or time consuming to write properly? Nope, it's not hard and it doesn't take extra time, just DO IT.
