Folks,
I've been scrolling through the portraits of the Doolittle raiders crew portraits taken on the Hornet just prior to the raid. All of their A-2s look really sharp. Given that all of those guys had likely joined the Air Corps prior to Pearl Harbor, their A-2s likely have to be prewar. Has anyone identified which maker/contract we're looking at in those photos? Do any of those jackets still exist in museums?
