Why does this one look better than the current offering? It's subtle.

It could be leather dressing coming to the surface. I had and Eastman that did the same.

These earlier versions are the ones to have but not at 900 gbp.
I think the softer skins cause the shape to relax into a different more pleasing form

Thanks- that jacket looks good! I was watching a video the other day and it showed a WW2 crewman wearing a B-3 which look like it had thin, crinkly sheepskin and longish fur. This Eastman has a bit of that quality- sort of like the WPG Irvin as opposed to the thick stuff used by most makers now.
