This is an original WWII RAF Irvin flying jacket. It is over 70 years old and is not a "genuine copy", although some of the leather and the zip has been excellently repaired in some areas. The main body of the jacket has no rips or tears but has wear to it but this is to be expected on a jacket that "saw action" rather than stored away. Correct to the Irwin model it has no pockets and the shearling fleece and stitching is in remarkably good condition for its age.
This seller knows this is not an original Irvin but persists with a false description. I hope no one is taken in by it.
