Decaying A2!!!!

I've seen that patch before and the names on the jacket are kinda cool. Is the patch worth the price of the jacket? Too bad it's in such poor condition as it looks like it was once a keeper.

Can't remember the Squadron Vic and not motivated to look right now, but pretty sure they saw some serious action. I'd chop out an 11"X17" piece of the jacket with the patch and tag centered, cut directly around the names and position underneath with the appropriate AF cloth patches. Toss in some pilot wings and maybe a few other doodads would make a great display.

Interesting that the squadron insignia and name plate are not sewn on... glued, perhaps?

Hello,

Patch is from the 66th fighter squadron, 57th FG, 12th AF. Great unit !
There is a Ellsworth E. WILLIAMS Jr on their website. Listed as an enlisted man, so wasn't a fighter pilot.
