David is a new member ??

Was looking through some old threads getting some information and noticed that David’s posts ( deeb7 ) now show him up as “new member “

Why is this. Can this be changed.

Is there a time limit on posts and do they get deleted off resulting in members being classed in terms of forum membership in months/years on the forum rather than on post activity.
