Cooper A-2 with Art - An Opinion

I saw this painted Cooper A-2 for sale on E-bay. Lately there's been many painted A-2s for sale, some with what I consider good artwork. The jackets were in what would be the lower tier of repro A-2s, but the art was nice. These painted jackets have been priced from $ 175 to $ 325.

This Cooper looks like it's been modified by the addition of side panels...if it's still a size 44R, there was no reason to add material, none of the Cooper's I own have side panels.
Whoops my mistake, it looks like Cooper did start adding underarm panels to their jackets,

The artwork is uninspired, the artist made no effort to 'blend' or incorporate the art onto the jacket. He painted a square / rectangular frame and painted the scene in that area. There's no lettering, etc...

If this jacket were in my size and less than $ 75.00, I might consider it...only because I would have modified the paint job by adding lettering (a motto and sqn, etc.) and repainting the squared off frame into a flag...or something that's supposed to be rectangular.

But for what this seller is asking... i'm guessing it's gonna a long time before they can find a buyer. What are they thinking ?

Like the cakes you can buy at the large grocery stores with an image on them, without any sense of the aesthetics of cake decorating.
