Civilian flight jacket ?

Hi gents,
On the previous VLJ forum I was looking for civilian jackets seen on wartime pictures. No success :cry:
But on this picture look at the second man from the right.

Have I found what I was looking for ?

That's one seriously motley bunch ! No idea about the jacket though.

Hard to tell for sure what any of those guys are wearing, except the one in the middle has an A-2.
