I'm no expert, but is this a fake? or bargain of the century? what do we think gents?

YKK zip, green lining?, tag looks navy but not sure, all I can work out is something that looks like Star Sports...

and Sean what about those patches? The USN looks hand done

The jacket appears to be of 1960s vintage and the zipper was replaced. The patch is not original to the jacket and though the seller allows for this possibility I suspect he either knows more than he's letting on, or he's engaging in "willful blindness."

I'll leave it to the experts to comment further on the leather patch itself.

yup, 60s jac, replaced zipper, and knits, and possibly the liner. with some well done repro patch work. the tiger is nice, though.

NFG on the Chit, the last two characters, far left, Chinese read from right to left, are government characters. The Chinese Government put those small characters on the left as like a proof mark like we would mark USMC or something, and that's only part of what's supposed to be there. Chinese aeronautical XXXXXX, not sure of the rest but you get the point. You won't find them on real theater made chits. Agreed on everything else as well. But I do like the Tiger, gonna copy that and have it translated.
