Found myself an ERDL jacket which is shipping from Japan
On the collar is a patch, can anyone shed any light in its origins and meaning

It looks like religious building in indochina area. An military advisor mission perhaps.

Traces from old patches [removed ones] could be helpful, that's why I asked about URL. It could be From Thailand or Laos, but fully agree with the previous message to this thread.

Much obliged. As an aside I like 'em and my son and I kept a variety of tarantula's over the years but seeing that precious creature of yours repeatedly crawl down the screen toward my keyboard was a bit much for my delicate disposition these days. Can't you just let your precious have an occasional wander instead?
