c. 1940 IRVIN with reasonable BIN

It actually appears to be a decent Irvin, but it's just too risky to buy it on the basis of the photos and inadequate description.

The seller has removed the BIN now and has posted measurements. 40cm across the shoulders is very small, but it all depends where he has measured from!

he sold it twice as he listed it separately with additional photos and it sold for £159.00, I actually had a cheaky punt at £155.00 but lost it, he then sent me an e-mail via eBay to say 'item sold remove your bid'! He's got a problem on his hands I think!

That's what I meant, I was the under-bidder and he told me to cancel my bid as it had already sold, he clearly doesn't understand eBay!

The man seems to be an Ebay novice IMO. I was surprised to see a separate auction which showed slightly better pics.

It was a dumb way of adding pictures, and I guess he wasn't expecting bids on the pictures only auction. Perhaps he got a friend to bid on that one as a way of ending it.

I hope it works out okay.
