There are usually more than one of each of the primary wardrobe items for the main characters. For Saving Private Ryan, there were at least 4 different uniforms for the main characters, each distressed and stained the same. (A friend of mine sorted through that stash back in 1998/1999).

I believe Juan at WW II Impressions supplied the movie's 1st Model Tankers, so it would not be hard to get the exact same jacket. Last I looked they were $199. I've seen them in person too, and they are top notch, and a real bargain when you consider the price.
