The crew of the PBY named "Black Eagle" is from VPB-71, a cartoon cat wearing a navy "dixie cup" hat and smoking a cigar while holding in each hand a smoking 45 caliber pistol,also wearing a mae west and standing in a deffensive posture on a round background.
