Yeah, it's good to remember almost all items you see on eBay that ship from Japan, are people trying resell items on one of the Japanese auction/2nd hand platforms. So they don't own those items yet, but intend to acquire them (for much less) if you 'buy' them on eBay and so be sure of their resell. Bit of a scam if you ask me.
