Any opinions on what this one is?

I took a chance on this one on eBay and was able to get it cheap. The seller didn’t specify who the maker was. To me it looks like an Eastman due to the shape of the cuffs. Any opinions on what repro manufacturer it is? It hasn’t arrived yet, so I’m sitting on my hands dying of curiosity.

I would, but it hasn’t arrived yet. I think that’s going to be the first thing I do, even before trying it on.

Yeah, I did some comparing of pocket labels. The two candidates that stood out were ELC and GW, but ELC was closer. The coloring of the various letters is a perfect match. The only thing that gives me pause is that I didn’t know Eastman did long sizes, although that doesn’t surprise me.

ELC does Long and Extra Long on request.
I've had a few ELC RW1401s and a GW. This is 100% an ELC.
Depending on how much you paid, this is a great jacket.

Under 25% of the current retail price. I hope it fits too - I normally wear a 42R. I really hope the extra inch doesn’t make much difference.

100% Eastman. They are the only ones that will tag the pocket with Long length size annotations.

Good point. Yes. I don't really know what Eastman's prices were like 10 years ago, although everyone tells me they were significantly lower than they are now.

I think my first Eastman and Sefton were both £135 each.....
