another mysterious (civy) jacket

i discover this one on 381storg official site.
i directly think to the jacket discussed some days ago on wich Jeff bring splendid photo.
this is another civy jacket, other maker , pitty there is not a front view ...
this jacket is well on a picture dated WW2, is painted to the plane ''boeing beauty'' and following my eyes have a 3 back panels
what do you think of this jacket ???

It hasn't got a knitted waistband so I reckon it's a motorcycle style jacket that's been pressed into service. I've seen pics of this kind of jacket being used before.
