Obviously the jacket isn't from WWII but could the patches be?

I sent him the heads up, also the chest patch is from the ETO, everything else is CBI.

The patch is the 62nd Fighter Squadron. Hard to tell if it is an original or not. It might well be, but it also could be a 1970's or 1980's reproduction. "Bomber" jackets were popular back then, and this jacket has the look of one. It was not uncommon for people to mix original and reproduction bits together to get the look they wanted.

The " may guo " stamp, when printed, should be in purple.The Blood Chit is a reproduction for sure and I'm almost certain by Avirex. BTW " may guo " was added later to early chits identifying as an American.
