American B-3s to the Soviet Union?

Does anybody know if Amerrican made B-3 jackets were sent to the Soviet Union during the Lend-Lease programs? I am aware of British Irvin Jackets being sent.

And if the B-3s were sent over to the Soviet Union, was a particular contractor chosen?
