Hello, guys: juste to share my find: original MA-1 from a Major, pilot in the 18th trs, 66th trw. 1950's Albert Turner MA-1. They were no nametags in the plastic sleve. So I have made a repro at MASH japan, in the name of the executive officer for the operation SUN RUN in 1957. Maj. SEBRING from the 18 th TRS: the time frame of The squadron patch seems more early to middle 1960's, it's the third type, related to RAF Upper Heyford from the site USAFpatches.com . The 66th TRW patch is very desirable: it shows the qualifiaction of the pilot as Combat crew Instructor. This patch is associated to Laon AB ,France era. So may be the pilot have to move in 1966 from France to UK. Hard to be sure but it's definitly a french era jacket. Sorry for the shitty pictures I will make better one.
