Wow great pics Marcel, that's an interesting photo ( 3rd down) ,it's the first time I've seen furry flight suits I'm guessing at shearling but maybe someone can elaborate

They appear to be "teddy Bear" suits, which were made of synthetic fleece and often worn beneath the Sidcot Suit.

The aircrew in the bottom picture are wearing Harness suits and the photo was taken at Hawkinge air field in 1940.
