ahhhhh, yes, yet another spiewak with the inevitable, dreaded dry rot. i may have maybe two in all the years of a-2 collecting, that were not completely rotted out. spiewak must have sourced their goat from india or pakistan where the hides were urine tanned-processed. thus, the uric acid simply ate through the hide fibers. some sooner, some later, but damn near all.
