A-1 jacket, spearhead

Does someone have experience with A-1 flight jackets from Spearhead?
Quality, corrent fit....???!!!

I have one of their wool A-1s...but I'm thinking that's not what you're asking about.

Anyhow, the wool version isn't bad for the price of 75 bucks. I haven't worn mine much 'cause the sleeves are too long and I haven't mustered the motivation to have them tailored. I'll probably get that done sometime this summer. I might put a repro patch on the chest, too. Not sure what kind.

I echo that - unless you're considering a lengthy wait with the GW A-1, the ELC is a great go-to jacket - wearing mine today and it's a peach.

I'm not a fan of the timeworn ELC A-1, but there are several prototypes for sale on the ELC site (at least one in a 40).
If you're able to get better images to decide whether they don't look to dry/abraided, then the price saving is significant.
