That's William (Bill) Barr.
I own his jacket which I've shown here many times before as well as James Halfords A-2. I also have a uniform grouping that belonged to Hugh Hill. All 3 were in the 95th FS. I know the 82nd well. It's kind of become a small collection within my collection that started by pure luck.
Barr Jacket (Perry) His P-38 was called "The Bug"
Halford Jacket (Aero) His P-38 was named "Joye" after his wife
Barr and Halfords pictures in Halfords photo album. They flew numerous combat missions with each other. Note Halford has the White collar variant of the B-10 jacket.

Hill Uniform Group
