I have an original wearable WW2 Perry A2, a spare one that I bought from fleabay 12yrs ago. I was going to put it up for sale at £500. It has a provenance that was a bit sketchy. All I was told by the seller was his father owned the jacket was a collector and the pilot took part in Normandy and nothing more.
Anyway I decide to look him up today and found a lot more. It could be just a coincident and may not be the same pilot but his name is stenciled on the jacket liner
