Can someone ID the seated guy's A2, the first guy from the kneeled B3 wearers.

Not a lot to go on.
No collar-stand, appears to have ball type snap and the shape of the collar suggests to me a Cable Raincoat contract 23382.

John suggests it may be Cable too, but staring at the pointed collar, I think it's a Dubow 27798, but the point on the collar may be due to the angle. Both Dubow 27798 and Cable have the long cross epaulette stitching.

on a second thought, it's probably not a Dubow, the elongated collar will not sit spread like that...
