its a beauty all right, even with replaced knits. but, the guy aint giving it away. next stop, the land of the rising sun.

I agree Victor the seller is expecting a high price for this very rare survivor. I notice he does not mentnion the replaced knits in the listing! It may well go to Japan unless someone like Gary Eastman buys it.

just for the hell of it, i asked the seller for measurements. as expected, by his measurements, the jac is like a size 38, maybe smaller. of the few that i have handled, i have found the sizing all over the place, but by and large, significantly smaller then the size tag.

A: 24 1/2 inches from sleeve to the end of the cuff 18 inches in the chest 25 1/2 inches long Also, a size 40 as indicated in the tag I hope this helps...thanks.

I have noticed that sellers often get the chest measurement wrong because they do not measure a jacket when it is laid flat from pit to pit.
