I have no idea the official name of this type of jacket in ROK army, caused me unable to search ROK websites and military forums etc for further information.

Enclosed some photos of matching of these WWII cloth jackets in pairing with pants.
It seems slim leg chino is a nono, as for slim jeans or tapered pants. The best looking, IMO, is wide leg, wide hem - not even straight leg - trousers for these jackets.
