Just curious when they stopped making/issuing these jackets?

The USN issued the N-1 through the early fifties. I imagine like most things is was dropped for cost cutting reasons.

WWII issue N-1 jackets had "NSsx" on the spec label. Later ones did not. This N-1 being sold is WWII issue - and looks to be in amazing condition!

Easy, the close up of the zip shows it's clearly an original wartime Talon.
