I noticed this jacket's been listed and relisted on e-Bay at least 3 times by the same seller, none ever reaches the seller's reserve price. Do ya think, the fact it's been relisted many times and that it's never reaches their reserve price might be telling them something ?

He should just forget the reserve and accept whatever the highest bid is. With that replaced shoulder I personally wouldn't even consider paying the current price for it.
