What year of manufacture is the Monarch G-1 7823 (AER) Contract Number: 383s-80667?

The 7823(AER)s came out in 1951, so early 50's

This Monarch contract was issued in the 1952 fiscal year, which would include the second half of 1951.

thanks guys, I bought one with Korean war patches and slightly post Korea war patches. I will post pics when I get it.

Would like to know what Korean patch is on it. I have one which I bought a chest patch for but it's too small to cover the previous stitch holes I wanted to cover.

I got the jacket today. i will post pictures of it. THere is a VC-3 Korean war patch, a VF-23 patch, a Task force 77 patch (Yorktown) and a56 Far East patch.
