40 Long, not Large.

Thanks for that info. So did they actually make these in both Regular and Long cuts? Do such variations apply to any other flight jackets?

Miles, the B-3 specs list variations in fit ... 'Regular', 'Special', 'Long Slender', and 'Stout'.

I'd always assumed that the 'S' stood for 'Short'.
