My brother and me have displayed some stuffs from our own collections at a french airshow at Nancy AB. When he showed french gears and equipments from 1914 until 70/80s, I was displaying two nylon jackets and some other flightgears. Here are the pictures.

Yes, tastefully done. Looks like fun. The 'watch over the Rhine' print and manikin with orange suit/helmet are artfully contrast.

Yes, the helmet is the early HGU-2/P. It still have the leather tapes for attaching the MBU-3/P mask.

No, the earcups are not springloaded on this model. They are on the latest HGU-2A/P from the middle of 60s.
